All the GALICIAN Oil lamps offered in the producer’s trading network have been manufactured manually and made solely from natural materials using traditional methods. The attention to detail during production ensures the highest quality products. Each lamp leaving the workshop is subjected to rigorous quality control.

All products from the GALICIAN collection have a lifetime guarantee. This means, that all mechanical elements of the lamps purchased from the GALICIAN network have a lifetime warranty, with the guaranteed free of charge exchange replacement for mechanical parts.

The materials and parts that wear naturally during normal operation such as the wick, and parts damaged due to incorrect operation: chimney, glass lampshade, brass gallery, lamp font and brass base are not covered by the guarantee.

The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
